Post Dymo 400 Turbo with 11355/30330 Product labels 5mm gap
I'm trying to print Product labels but regardless of using in-built or custom design labels I end up with a 5mm gap at the top of the label when printed. (Top on short and long edge)

These labels are perforated so there is the top small portion then a 5mm gap from the cut and then the text starts.

How can this be adjusted?

I guess it is easier to design a new label with same fields

as per my original post this happen with BOTH inbuilt and custom designed labels. Any ideas?
