 Customers Owing
There seems to be a new bug in lightspeed effecting customer invoices. When making a final payment on an old invoice that has an amount owing, the result is that the customer retains a credit but the amount is $0. This means that 1- my 'Customers owing' tracker has become completely out of control and 2 - when I create a new invoice for the customer I am prompted to pay by credit, which then doesn't exist and confuses my staff. In Lightspeed 2, an old invoice paid resulted in the customer disappearing from the customers owing list - as it should. An ideas anyone?
